    We encrypt your data when it is upload to our servers using robust AWS encryption for our storage (SSE-S3).

  • Daily data deletion

    We erase all uploaded data daily at 7 AM GMT. Data uploaded within two hours of this time will be securely deleted the following day. Nothing is stored beyond its intended use.

  • Secure, isolated environment

    OpenAI’s API platform is audited for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). OpenAI is audited annually to ensure compliance. Read more here.

  • GDPR compliant

    Our platform adheres strictly to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and security for our users. We have signed a Data Processing Addendum with OpenAI.

    According to OpenAI’s policy, only a limited number of authorized OpenAI staff, as well as specialized third-party contractors that are subject to confidentiality and security obligations, may view your data (within 30 days of uploading it) for the following reasons: investigating abuse or a security incident; to provide support to you if you reach out to us with questions about your account; to handle legal matters. However, while OpenAI trains their data on ChatGPT, they do not train their AI on data uploaded through the API.
