These Terms and Conditions dictate your use of the MyRA Website accessible at myra.org.uk and myra-ai.co.uk. By accessing and using the MyRA Website, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the MyRA Website. Right to Make Changes to the Agreement

Empirika Ltd reserves the exclusive right to revise these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Regular review of these terms is the responsibility of the users to ensure compliance and awareness of any changes.

User Restrictions

The following explicit restrictions apply to all users of this website:

  1. Users are prohibited from publishing, selling, or commercializing any content from this website on other media platforms without explicit consent from Empirika Ltd. However, users are free to share links directing to this website on social media platforms.

  2. Any use of the MyRA Website that could be perceived as damaging or that impairs accessibility and usability of the website for other users is strictly prohibited.

  3.  Users are prohibited from using any automated means to access or copy this site or bypass our norobot exclusions.

  4. Users are prohibited from using this website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

  5. Users are prohibited from using the website in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders. This includes uploading illegal content, such as includes child sexual abuse material, or that violates any applicable law concerning child pornography or otherwise intended to protect children; exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner; promotes, facilitates, or assists anyone in promoting and facilitating acts of terrorism.

  6. You warrant that you are the creator and owner of all uploaded content, or you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and/or permissions to authorize us to process the content.

  7.  You warrant that all uploaded content does not and will not infringe proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party; and you have the verifiable consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person to the processing of the relevant content.

  8. Users are prohibited from uploading content about anyone under 18 years old without the prior consent of their parent or guardian or approval by an ethics committee.

  9. When MyRA processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

  • MyRA offers multiple subscription options, including free and paid tiers, each providing varying levels of access to MyRA’s features and benefits. 

  • Details of the specific features available within each tier can be found on our website or within your account settings.

2. Billing and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the user’s selected plan.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe in accordance with their Privacy and Terms.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain up to date.

3. Automatic Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users can find the renewal date on the ‘Account’ page in the MyRA app. 

  • Users can disable auto-renewal by cancelling their subscription via their account settings.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • After cancellation, users retain access to paid features until the end of their current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans and Terms

MyRA reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Users will be informed of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

  • Changes will take effect after a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

  • Continued use of MyRA after the effective date will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

  • If users do not agree with the changes, they have the right to cancel their subscription before the changes take effect, retaining access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

6. Account Usage and Fair Use Policy

  • Paid benefits will be frozen if payment fails, but users will retain access to the free tier.

  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect account sharing or violations of our fair usage policy, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription without refund.

7. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to MyRA, we cannot guarantee continuous availability.

  • In the event of service discontinuation, company insolvency, or circumstances beyond our control, MyRA reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without refund for any remaining billing periods.

  • By subscribing to MyRA, users acknowledge and accept this risk.

Your privacy is important to us. By subscribing to MyRA, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
